HISTORY

At 23 years old, when he attended HEC Montreal, Richard Gref combined his studies with work by taking care of the marketing budget in his father's company. He put all the concepts he learned at university into practice and quickly gained valuable experience. Following this work, he launched himself into the creation of events, exploiting several facets including video production, staging and especially the production of shows. It is then by unifying his two passions, that is to say events and motorcycles that he creates the emblematic Harley Show. He then developed his company MTL Prod, which to this day has more than a hundred events to its credit. 30 years later, Richard Gref is still committed to each project and challenges his clients to achieve the unattainable.
